Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian style of massage in which the therapist primarily uses their forearms to knead and sooth the body of its general aches and pains. Using a constant flow of movement, along with varieties of pressure and speed, long rhythmic strokes aided by a generous amount of fractionated coconut oil, movements become a hypnotic dance to truly relax the mind, body and spirit.
Lomi Lomi melts fascia and increases mobility throughout the body.
'Temple style' Lomi Lomi, makes use of a minimal drape to allow for head to toe strokes, allowing the body to feel as one, rather than a sum of its parts.

Ashiatsu massage is a technique utilizing the therapist's feet to provide deep, broad compressive strokes. With the aid of an overhead bar system, the therapist stands on the table allowing gravity to assist, offering a more deep and firmer massage to clients who need it. This unique service can dramatically stretch shortened muscles, improving posture and movement while relieving pain, improving bodily functions, and creating a state of well being. Ashiatsu increases blood and lymph circulation, quickly detoxifying the body at a much faster rate. It is both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time!

During a session you will be fully clothed, while I place my hands on various energy points of the body, including the head and face. Reiki allows the body to fall into deep relaxation, placing it into the parasympathetic state and encouraging healing. The end of the session is reserved for you to discuss your experience.
